Sex Offender List Policy

According to State law (Section 22-1-124, C.R.S.) all schools are required to inform parents of enrolled students that they have the right to access information regarding registered sex offenders from their local law enforcement agency. You may request this list at your local law enforcement agency or in the jurisdiction in which your children attend school. This request must be made in person and you must provide proof of residency or student enrollment.
