Clear Creek School District is following the required guidelines within Policy AC-R-1 (Harassment and Discrimination Investigation Procedures for Students) and Policy ACA (Name Changes) which passed under Colorado Bill HB24-1039. Clear Creek School District's Board of Education will vote to adopt these policies at their regular Business Meeting on August 20.
